Yes, the setup fee is €5,000, spread over 12 monthly installments (€417/month in the first year). It includes onboarding, platform configuration, ATS integration, and team training.

Screenings beyond your included quota are billed at your plan’s overage rate: €8/candidate for Steel, €1.50/candidate for Platinum. You’ll receive notifications at 75% and 90% of your quota.

Yes, for contracts of three years or longer, the cost per additional candidate is reduced by 25%: Steel €6/candidate (instead of €8), Platinum €1.13/candidate (instead of €1.50).

Absolutely! We offer free personalized demos and a 3-month Pilot Program (€9,000) to test the platform with your real data. The pilot cost can be credited toward a three-year Steel or Enterprise contract.
