By using Cumino’s services, you fully accept these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Cumino is a recruiting automation platform that provides application collection, automated screening, and selection process management services for every professional sector. The service includes:
- CV collection via WhatsApp and Telegram voice messages (Voice-to-CV)
- Intelligent matching based on ESCO standards
- Dashboard for application management
- API for ATS system integration
3. Registration and Account
To use the services, you must register by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
4. User Obligations
The user agrees to:
- Accuracy: Provide truthful and up-to-date information
- Confidentiality: Keep login credentials private
- Legality: Not use the service for unlawful purposes
- Compliance: Comply with applicable labor regulations
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including software, algorithms, design, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of ALFERCOM SRL or its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cumino is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to users with at least 30 days’ notice via email or through a notification on the platform.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Padova.
