What Data We Collect
When you register through our bot on WhatsApp or Telegram, we only collect the information necessary to help you find a job:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address (if provided)
- Work experience (from your answers and voice messages)
- Skills and qualifications
- Work availability
- Preferred language
We do not collect sensitive information such as ethnic origin, religious or political orientation, health status, unless it is strictly relevant to the job position and you provide it voluntarily.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for:
- Creating your professional profile
- Matching you with compatible job positions
- Communicating with you about job opportunities
- Improving our services (in anonymous and aggregated form)
We never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Who We Share Data With
We share your data only with:
- Hiring companies - Only your CV and professional profile, when you apply for a position
- Authorized recruiters - The professionals who invited you to register
- Service providers - Technical partners who help us manage the platform (all GDPR compliant)
We never share your data without a valid legal basis (consent, contract, or legal obligation).
How to Delete Your Data
You can request the deletion of your data at any time:
- Send a message to the bot on WhatsApp or Telegram with a deletion request
- Or contact the recruiter who invited you
- Or send an email to: [email protected]
Deletion will be completed within 30 days of the request, as required by GDPR.
