Nowadays, as oodles companies & entrepreneurs are looking towards internet video websites as an excellent place to publish content to attract their consumers, it is vital to distinguish the basic benefits of utilising internet video marketing websites.

Here are one or two required bits and pieces you have to know before you begin to circulate corporate videos on web video portals.

At all times endeavour to use corporate videos that offer value added content to your clients – Many business people misguidedly presume you can basically place any type of advertisement on a video website, but nothing could be any further from reality. Each & every video should provide some worthwhile content to the desired market, or start topic of discussion.

Do some market research on the video sites before circulating your 1st video – it is a wonderful idea to assign some time typing your market’s main keywords into Google, in an effort to discover what other promotional videos are currently out there. Next scribble down the profile names of the most key firms in your market. Possibly somewhere down the line you can become involved in a joint venture or even have some kind of collaboration with these companies.

Remember that each and every video portal has a community built into it – Therefore you must respect the other members and it is recommended that you add positive annotations to your rivals’ videos. For the most part you must be a member of the society, contributing advice, ideas etc. And only then must you judge yourself as being a marketer & start to promote your own 1 and products.

Commit yourself to producing quite a lot of promotional videos – You must have an obvious strategy for producing and distributing quite a few corporate videos. Or else, your organisation’s page on the video channels will give the idea of being bare if it just has one video live. With this in mind, assign extra time setting up the creation of a series of short videos, instead of one significantly lengthy video.

Online video marketing is one of the most efficient and quickest means of advertising at present. Vidify offers corporate video production services and knowledge for a selection of online media activities.

With every passing day, more real estate investing tips spring up on the internet. It seems like there are now more real estate “gurus” than regular people – and the number of blogs, forums and websites devoted to real estate investing are more numerous than the sands of the sea.

And predictably, not all of the information available is worthwhile or even legitimate. Considering the lax standards on the internet, we hope some of the information provided below will be of value to you. Important: We do not pretend to pass judgment on any of these people or resources – that’s your job.

 * Terry Wygal sells internet marketing products to real estate investors. Terry Wygal charges around $800 to teach people to make videos and put them on YouTube – a pricey lesson to be sure.

 * Bryan Ellis is a marketing and real estate professional whose website is focused on the intersection of real estate investing with economic news. Ellis has a blog at http://realestate.BryanEllis.com that has become a mainstay among serious investors.

 * Gerald Romine focuses on selling his software package, which is helpful for factoring in all project costs on real estate investments and also helps with paperwork. While the software is definitely expensive, it does have nice features.

To varying degrees, these three people are already well know to real estate investors. However, fame does not constitute legitimacy or reliability. We encourage you to check these people out more closely.

Great web design balances the to without going overboard

In this world it always helps to know search engine optimization technologies or at least to know where you can outsource for a company to optimize your site for you.

The second thing you need to know to survive on the web is either how to build your own websites which you can do by learning HTML, or again knowing who you can outsource this type of work to.

Even people who outsource their own websites often want to go in and make changes themselves and so it’s always good to learn and understand how web design works.

There are a lot of great resources on the web on this. When you build your business the most important thing is your company’s reputation as well as how your company is presented via the web.

Your website is the front line image for your company so although you want your website to be simple and to get the search engine’s attention, you also want it to be sophisticated enough to show the visitor what your company is all about.

Great web design balances the to without going overboard. Your website doesn’t have to be super complicated or high-tech to get your point across that your company is high-tech.

Sometimes just having a great image design on the website can give the illusion that the site is more high tech that it actually is and yet maintains the search engines need for simplicity. The goal here is to present your company image as high-tech if it isn’t fact a high-tech company but you do not need to spend a lot of money on your website to present that image.

A caller recently told me he’s joining an MLM company because they promised him spillover. I said, “They are lying to you!”

The guy called me back later and said, “I point-blank asked them if I’d get people put underneath me, and the guy said, ‘Well, we can’t guarantee that.’”

Spillover – Creating a Welfare Mentality

Good people want training, not welfare. They want to build it themselves. They just want to learn the skills they need to build their network marketing business and create residual income, money that’s coming in week after week, year after year, and they can will it to their children’s children.

When you look at a lot of network marketing websites, you often see that word “spillover.” The proposition, more or less, is, “get in now, today, and you’ll get all this spillover.”

In 27 years, I have never, ever, ever seen anybody get spillover, having somebody build it for them.

And if you look closely at the compensation plans of the companies that promote spillover, you’ll find out that those who get spillover usually don’t get paid on it. There are other hoops to jump through to get paid on that spillover, and these people rarely ever qualify.

So it’s the person who actually does the work who gets the pay … what a novel idea!

Companies & reps use “spillover” as a tool to drag in people who think they can build a business without doing any work. In other words, no sponsoring, no recruiting. It targets that type of person.

When You Say “Spillover”, You Are Targeting Quitters!

When you see a network marketing company that promotes spillover for their home business, they’re looking for welfare-minded people. The problem for you is, you can’t build with these people, unless YOU do all the work! That’s what they expect. And when you don’t build their business, they’ll be off somewhere else, looking for a better welfare plan.

So really, when you or your company promote spillover, you are targeting people who will not be with you long-term. And in network marketing, that makes absolutely no sense. The failure rate will be 100%.

And Here’s Why The Leads You Buy Tell You To Go Pound Sand!

The quickest way to build a huge list is to offer the moon and require nothing (no money, no work, no purchase) in return. You’ll see companies promoting “we’ve signed up more people faster than anybody else in the history of network marketing.” Problem is, there’s nobody ordering any product. It’s just a bunch of names on a list … but now they can call these people “network marketers.”

Then they turn around and sell this huge database of worthless names (an “MLM geneology list”) For $10,000 each to 10 different list brokers. BAM! That’s $100,000 profit! And then the list brokers sell these “leads” to all the people in network marketing who want to build their business … including YOU!

So you pay $2-$3 a lead for these people, you call them up, and they tell you, “Hey! You’re nuts! I’ve never been in network marketing!” They don’t even know what it is. They just opted in to some pie-in-the-sky list, hoping to get something for nothing.

Conclusion? Run like heck from any company focused on “spillover” … and ALWAYS generate your own leads.

This short email in opt tutorial shows you some of my favorite
tips and techniques for dealing with new subscribers to get them
hooked so they stay in your list.

The main goal of email in opt tutorial is to explain how to
develop a communication process with your new subscribers to
build trust.

One of the biggest aspects of online business is trust, and how
you are perceived. If you make a bad first impression, or come
off as someone just in it for the money, people are smarter than
that. They’ll see it coming a mile away, especially with all of
the scams and people getting ripped off today.

Email in opt tutorial is composed with two main parts if you
neglect one part things will go wrong. Please give all parts the
required attention.

Part one of email in opt tutorial – make sure you have a
system ready to take action!

Note: Don’t buy or rent a mailing list unless you make sure
the subscribers in the list know they will receive your
marketing messages.

Before you buy, rent email list or start collecting email
addresses from your web site, you need to have a solid system in
place that will allow you to communicate with your list and
allow them to get to know you and trust you.

Most of subscribers you will receive are new online users and /
or new businesses starters. They are info seekers. They opt in
because they want information about your product or service now.
They won’t wait for tomorrow to receive it.Use autoresponder to
offer free valuable information via email! All you have to do is
create your own series of email training to educate your
prospects.

- Get quality autoresponder service. You obviously can’t do this
on an individual basis, because it would be nearly impossible as
your list gets bigger, but you can easily do this through your
automatic responder services.Use addtracker to track your
potential clients foot steps and adjust your marketing efforts
accordingly.

- Make sure you have your tracking systems in place so you know
what’s going on once the promotions begin and the traffic hits.
Don’t do any guesswork. You need SCIENTIFIC numbers telling you
what’s going on, what’s happened and what you need to do to
increase sales and profits.

Part two of email in opt tutorial – How to structure your
autoresponder messages.

Don’t ruin your business by sending out 50 or more follow up
advertising messages. People are becoming very careful about
requesting anything for fear of being spammed to death for doing
it.

- Teach your subscribers.

Set up seven parts autoresponder email course. Each course
contains helpful information and quality gift related to the
course theme.

Email courses are a very good way to build your reputation as a
provider of useful information. Setup an email course series a
bout a hot topic. Give quality information in the course. Don’t
advertise any product during the course phase. Don’t show your
subscribers you are here only for money. Instead, invite them to
visit your website to see your special marketing offer, your web
site update, your quality free information, etc… and the ways
are endless to put your offer in front of your potential
customer.

In each course you may send a free quality brandable ebook or
software where you advertise your affiliate programs. Allow your
subscribers to brand the product with their name to help them
make money they will think you for doing so.

- Show them you are a real person.

Put your contacts info including your email address, your
physical address, phone number, etc… in all your outgoing
messages to make it easy for your subscribers to contact you and
feel they are dealing with an authentic marketer. Show them your
photo, your family photos or your employees’ photo. Send them to
where they can read about you.

- Let Your Subscribers Know You.

After your email course series is over hook your subscribers
with your follow up messages series.

Set up a series of follow up messages. You can set up a whole
series of follow up messages that show your potential customer
that you are concerned with their satisfaction and you are here
to help them succeed.

In your first tree messages or so do not promote any product or
service you are selling at all. These three messages are
designed to open an unstoppable dialog between you and your
potential customers to build relationship and trust.

Instead of sales pitches, you’ll be sending out to your new
subscribers a series of emails that talk about anything you want
but no product promotion. You may talk about yourself, your
likes & dislikes, your favorite hobby, what you do for a living,
any websites you have, etc. You can even talk about your family
and friends if you want.

After they receive your emails that talk about what you have
chosen to talk about. Invite your subscribers to contact you in
a friendly manner. Let them know you are there to help them. Ask
them to send you emails talking about anything and everything
they want to talk about. Your subscribers won’t contact you on
their own if you don’t invite them.

In this introductory phase of the process, keep sending to your
subscribers a quality information and gifts that they can’t find
elsewhere. When people see you as a provider of good information
that they can use and profit from, then your reputation and the
reputation of your company becomes more credible.

When this happens people will be more likely to buy your
products and services or indeed the products or services you
recommend them.

As soon as the communication starts up between you and your
subscribers, start collecting information about your
subscribers. Information like what business they are involved
in? What are their concerns and fears? Their gender, age, where
they live? What’s their problem?

Once you have built trust and collect information….

At this time start sending promotional messages that promote
quality products. Do not promote any product before you try it.
If you try to promote a product you have never used, it will
show. The visitor will see and feel the lack of sincerity and
your reputation will suffer accordingly. If you follow these
techniques you will build a quality email list of ready to buy
subscribers.

Permission email marketing is an art. Permission email marketing
is not a hard science. Without question, email marketing is the
most affordable and effective tool in your marketing arsenal.

You can use email marketing to maximize all of your other sales
and marketing activities and improve the return on investment
(ROI) of every dollar you spend to obtain new business.

If you want to buy targeted email list do it wisely. Do not send
messages to these lists unless you are sure that they know they
will receive marketing messages from you.

Without a doubt, knowledge is your most valuable marketing tool.
It is the essential and necessary element needed to succeed in
any marketing venture. This holds especially true for Internet
Marketing.

The right marketing knowledge will save you time, money and a
whole lot of stress.

But where does one acquire such knowledge? Where does one find
the necessary information you need to market successfully online?
And just HOW does one go about acquiring such knowledge?

Internet marketing is a relatively new field. The Internet
itself is a relatively new phenomenon, created within the
living memory of most of the people reading this article.
Most of its now common features… search engines, online
stores, email, websites, blogging… are all new inventions
for our glorious cyber age.

Take for example, one of the Net’s major players Google;
it has only been crawling and searching the Net since 1998
